Amit Kulkarni is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Consultant, and thought leader with over 23 years of experience in Agile transformation, training, and coaching. He has trained and coached numerous teams, including those in the banking, insurance, pharma, and manufacturing industries, equipping them with the skills needed to apply Agile practices to improve the value delivered to their end customers. Amit has always ensured that the operational elements of Agile Implementation align with the business objectives. Prior to his current role as Director and Agile Coach at Effective Project Management Consultancy, Amit worked with TCS for 19 years in various roles, including Agile Coaching, Global Delivery, Global Operations, Relationship Management, and Program Management. He has been in leadership roles leading large transformations in banks in Europe. Amit has a positive attitude and is a go-getter. He specializes in Agile Methodologies such as Scrum and Lean, Career Guidance, Professional Coaching and Mentoring, Retail Banking, Program Management, Portfolio Management, and Leadership. At Effective Project Management Consultancy, Amit designed a 2-Day workshop on PMI-Agile Certified Professional syllabus, created training content, coached over 100 delegates in classroom sessions on Scrum, Agile tools, and techniques derived from other Agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming, DSDM, and Lean. As a Chief Product Owner, he focuses on the long-term strategy for the products and performs market research for new products that could be useful for the growth of the company. Amit's past experience includes working as a Delivery Partner for European Banks at TCS, where he was responsible for the implementation of projects in Agile and waterfall methodologies. He also integrated Prince2 methodology with Scrum and DSDM based projects. As a Developer and Architect at TCS, he was involved in the conceptualization and design of a Stock Market Trading System for TCS. Amit holds a B.E. in Computer Science from Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute (V.J.T.I.). He has experience in research and integration and has relevant experience of 23.11 years.
